rear springs

May be a stupid question! what is any easy way to get the rear springs off i havent look yet. But wanted to ask before i start......because the front was more trouble then i expected.

compared to the front, the rear is a piece of cake. just lower the axle all the way down with a jack and give the bottom of the spring a good kick
