Default Still having problems with the coilovers

How do i get the little dust guard off so i can slide the sleeve down the strut? Here are some pics of what im talking about....

Take a drill and drill out the little dips there on the inside of the dust cover there should be about 3 or so but dont push to hard cause you dont want to ruin the strut.
