RE: About to buy:
I bought mine new (with 8 miles on it) from a dealer in June '04 for $20K. They can come down on that price and still turn a profit. I'd play the dealers off each other as much as possible.

RE: About to buy:
That price is pretty high. I, too, am from Omaha and I just got a '03 GT with 13k miles with leather, factory chrome wheels, mach audio, 5 speed for $15,500. SHOP AROUND man, don't settle., there are lots of Mustangs out there, just be patient. Which dealership are you buying from?

RE: About to buy:
I know someone with an 04 GT mineral gray with black DD bullits and brand new bf goodrich tires. Looks good as hell. I don't really like black rims but this car looks sweet. It does have leather, and Mach 460. He is selling it for like 18,000 but i know that you can get it cheaper than that

RE: About to buy:
i know it is a little high, but the guy selling it is a very good dealership. he sold me my stang for 17,000 last year, and private sale is like 18,500. but the wheels are brand new, the dealer bought them and put them on himself, i know he has after market springs, shifter, and a full exhaust from what i see. I think what he is selling it for is a VERY good deal. I send all my friends to him, and whatever car they want he gets...at a very good price. the car is in VERY good condition, and if i didn't already have my car i would buy it. but the price i said is what he is asking for i know i can get less for the car...at least 1000 under.

im lookin at mcmullin in CB. its the only non 05 and up stang they have other than 1 other. there is one other stang im interested in around here and ive already used it against this dealer to get them down a little. plus if i buy in iowa i get 5% tax and its included in the loan, if i buy in NE its 7% and they wont put it in the loan for me.
