ya a coulple weeks ago i parked my gt for the night came out and it was just sitting on the rim with a hole in the side wall.....200 dollars later i can drive over 50. it just sucks that people are stupid

I have seen that happen if it gets really hot inside the car I usely leave my window open a crack if it is going to be in the sun for a long period of time.

Never seen it happen before so Don't know exactly about the damage that can be done

Weather might have been a factor pichico...in the area I live in it did get down into the 50's overnight (not typical summer time alabama weather) I didn't know Ford had glass problems in the past. I saw the hole in the upper left had corner and just assumed something hit it. I never did find anything in the car that could have been used to break the glass.
That's part of the reason I asked, is the break pattern is just too perfect. The whole thing shattered as a whole. Don't normally see that kind of break from an impact.

The guy from safe-lite is here right now replacing the window. He said it was probably smashed with a hammer or some other blunt object. Damn punk *** kids.....if I even get my hands on them so help me [:@]

sux man, i know how it is, i came out of a movie theater once in a town where i knew absolutely no one, and my windshield was smashed in, i musta walked around that parking lot for hours looking for someone to beat!

off topic with this one but i just wana let everyone know how sorry people are now days..my uncle bought a brand new volvo front end loader and he didnt have it but for a week and someone went in overnight and put probably a couple bags or sugar and sand in his oil and gas tank..blew the heck out of his motor

that really sux dude. Three days after i got my car someone broke the billet shorty antenna off my car, but it actually looks better now without the antenna and only the base, so it wasn't that bad., but yeah sorry bout the window
