CAI----- a couple hp or so
Shifter-- wont make u faster, but better shifting which makes you quicker
Gears--- doesn't add hp, but you'll feel a difference, go 4.10's unless your really really worried about your gas mileage
tires----- no hp increase, but you'll launch better
TB------- not sure on hp increase, but it'll help
Thats a start, but you could go into alot of different directions on this. There is a sticky on this board that tells about some simple mods.... check it out sometime.

I've always believe the first mods to any car, as far as more HP goes, is full exhaust; headers, H-pipe, mufflers. Then an CAI, That's about as basic a start for a decent ~20hp you can get. After that gears for the rear, either 3.73 or 4.10 depending on how fast you wnat to move and at what RPM you want to cruise at hehe. Then wheel/tires for traction along with springs and shocks. After all that maybe a bigger TB and mass air. All that frees up existing horsepower and if you are financing the car, these wont void the warrenty, just remember that with the H-Pipe you'll lose your cats so it wont be smog legal, I keep mine in the garage and change them once every two years. Also you will need to get O2 simulators so your check engine light wont come on because you do not have any cats.
