i have a almost stock 99 GT auto. i have gotten it up to 140 (reprogramed of course) before i started to run into some heavy traffic on I-10. i was wondering if anyone knows how fast these ponys can go?

Mine hauls *** to 130, then goes slooowwwwwww i hit 140 then shut down. Soo I just assume that its about my top speed.

I'm an basic bolt on N/A auto as well and I've had mine to 160... sadly my rinky dink phone shut off with this run

but I have kept up with an 00+ BMW M3 that tried a flyby at 80MPH... I was right behind him up to 120-130 untill I blipped OD and when I turned OD off I caught right back up again and it stayed that way untill my exit

our top speed is very good, you just have to unlock it and get there quick enough

yeah i think that it has a speed limiter of 140 on it. but i got to that with no problem what soever. and the only thing holding me back was traffic and the wifey flipping out. lol

Thats crazy.. now im pissed at my car. I almost have Full Bolt-ons and i cant go over 140??? not that i need to be going that fast any way. but i just like to know that i can!!!!!!

I was lokking at that speed/ gear calculator and assuming we had enough power, 180 is possible at redline.

well just go get programer most of them will do and reprogram your computer to nix the speed limiter. if you dont have one im sure you can pay someone to do it for you.

I have a superchips programmer im goanna by an Xcal when i get my gears installed. but i took the rev/speed limiter off then.

I edited it and I'll put a new one right here so you can see how quick it gets to 140, then the cellphone cuts out.... but that BMW chase got up to 160 garunteed... it was buried into 150 for about 3 miles
