Default 3rd shift

Little high pitch noise happens when I change into 3rd and tires do not bark anymore from 2-3 shift.

Anyone else had this happen

Been powershifting that 5 speed alot eh? Congradulations, if they won't fix it for you you just bought about a 1400 dollar transmission.
The 5 speeds (both the 3550 and the t45) HATE powershifting. Dont do it unless you can afford to replace the trans often. I learned the hard way

I got replies to a post last week that you COULD powershift our trannies and I started last friday nite, shaved a tenth off the quarter and ran 2 mph faster- hope I dont need a new tranny this winter or before- whats the real story?

I think you can do it as long as you dont hit the shift gates all the time. I have the pro 5.0 also and shifts are easy for me and I have yet to experience any trouble.
