Default Going to buy a Cobra

I have suffered enough, i want a Cobra, can't take it anymore. I saw a 2004 competition orange Cobra and fell in love, i've never seen one in this color so to hell with it i'm getting it.

Not trying to put a kink in your hose...but did you check out the insurance rates on a Cobra??? My buddy bought an 05 GTO and the insurance was something like $2,500 per year. But when he turned 25 that got cut to almost half of the 2500. GL!!!!

Insurance CAN be very high on the cobras. I think I got mine for somewhere around $170/month. But I really need to double check that figure. Cant remember since i pay 6months at a time and get a discount.

Even w/ the high insurance and high monthly car payments I have ZERO regrets. You'll think you made the best decision ever if you go ahead and get one!

Stop it! All of you, you're making me jealous [8D]

I've officially decided that I'm not doing anything else big on my car for performance. I'm just going to save my money and wait and buy a Cobra.

I'm totally with ya. I'm just gonna do some flows and catted x-pipe....maybe a CAI and be done with it. By the time my GT is paid off in 2 yrs, I'm thinking there might be some slightly used Shelbys out there.

Yeah I'm pretty much over my GT, its really nice and people that aren't Mustang enthusiests drip vagina juice all over it but I'm going to sell it probably within 6months or so and pickup something like a 02 BMW 540I or 540IL. Either that or just keep it since I only owe 5k on it and save my money for more important things like a house. Probably just plan on fixing my suspension (have a front passenger side strut completely frozen, doesnt compress at all) and do a tuner/gears package and call it a day.
