If I was to get my Stang dyno tested with the stock gears , would I see a difference with a dyno test with 3.73 gears? It would be with the same mods for both gears. Im new at this stuff so any help would be great. <img border="0" src= smileys/smiley1.gif> How much does a dyno test usually run?

it should be different, but not by that much. dynos arn't cheap, so i would wait till you had a bunch mods on there to check it. your probably @ 225-230 rwhp with what you have

A gear change should show a difference on the dyno. Gears dont add horsepower.

Knight I dont know where youre from but, alot of the shops around here run dyno specials on saturday mornings. The first 10 cars to show up get 3 pulls for like $50. Ask some of your local shops.

I just ordered my 3.73 gears today. I read somewhere that a speedo gear will need to be changed? What tooth count and where can I pick one up?
