ive had my 99 Gt up to 135 mph a few times but never higher. Im sure it can but i wanted to know what my car is gouverned at? Will it cutt out on me? Im planing on swaping motors and seriously uping the power. can i eliminate it?

I don't think they are govered at all I had mine up to 140.

some Mustangs are governed, some arent. Had something to do with the wheel packages or something, not real sure.

Ive had mine up to 145 and it never shut off.

mine went up to 200. what? you think im lying? lol yeah i am. 140 is fast enough. im gonna be a cop in a few years ill take you to jail for doing that lol.

see that magazine with the fastest street cobra ever? it did 192mph with no body kit and 500hp. this is a recent issue
