Default Rubbing/Vibration

When accelerating from a stop and turning at the same time I feel a rubbing or vibration feeling and you can hear the noise. Mustang is completely stock and rubbing happens as soon as wheel is turned which makes it unlikely it is the tires. Any ideas what it could be?

Pull the front tires off and look around for any marks on the tires or wheel wells. If it only does it when you turn the tires it has to be that. You may need shocks and car is riding too low.
