between the supercharger whine, which I get asked about 2 - 3 times every day I drive the car.. and the extra loud sexy sounding exhuast which is always getting compliments at random places... I dont think I COULD be a sleeper if I tried. Thats how I know its time to stop looking like a sleeper.

I like a car to look fast, as long as it has the HP to back it up. My car is loud as hell, and flashy. I love getting noticed, I love people trying to race me, but most of all I love people saying "hey man you know that red GT with the tribals? Man I raced it today, that **** is fast as hell" and his buddy goes "Yeah I know the one your talking about"

But I think you should stay with mustang style body kits, I'm not much of a fan of those crazy wierd body-kits they look to ricer.

I've tried to keep my ride a sleeper. Until recently, about the only externally visible upgrade was my 13" Brakes. Most people who know cars know that you don't drop big $$ on brakes unless you really need to.

Now that I've converted to the 4v heads, I need a tall hood to fit a strut tower brace over the Whipple (brace looks like it needs to be custom built). I bought this hood:

Don't have any pics of it on my car yet.

I'm a big fan of making it look more bad *** than it is. The mustang is fast enough for me from the get, so I just made it look better/faster

Mustangs can't be sleepers. Only cars that look slow, example a crown vic with a whipple 4v in it, or a Miata with a five liter in it. Those are true sleepers. You can do the stock apperance with a mustang but never the sleeper imo

+1

Perfect example: 427 in a Fairlane

or a 1990 Ford escout twin turboed with a built up motor running 11s. I seen it. Some kid had one racing z28s and pre-terminator cobras and beating them...the weirdest thing i ever seen.
