So when I got the car a few months ago I called the previous owner and he told me sorta what he did aftermarket wise to the car. Except he didn't remember the brand catback he put on...??... he said it MIGHT be MAC. But I wanna know 100% for sure. Can anyone help? I put these on Mustangexhaust.com too for some help.

looks like those are flowmaster mufflers...it would say on it tho.

Could be a MAC, but my spintechs have square mufflers too. Is it really loud? MACs are loud from what I've heard.

I thought they looked like Mac. Aren't Mac's mufflers squared like that???

Its not REALLY REALLY loud, its def better than stock though. Its actually not that loud at all, even when I get on it. But it sounds pretty good, in comparison to stock.

those r def mac i had those exact mufflers on my old mustang but it is an old system cause the new mac exhausts r black

Yea, those new macs have like dura black or whatever right?? This catback is a couple years old. Since about 2002-3 ish.

I thought the MACs were really loud though. He says his isn't. Maybe Spintechs...mine has a kind of refined mellow rumble...they look a lot alike, but I'd have to look at them side by side to be sure-and I don't have any pics of them on my computer.

If they are MAC then they are definitely not like mine. My muffler hangers are WAY different. Like you all said, mine is black but they may have not done that to older ones. Also, MAC would most likely be engraved on the muffler like mine. Usually every brand has their logo or name on it somewhere, like on the mufflers or the tips.
