well lets assume he is 14.0 stock.

4.10s - 13.7
SLICKS - 13.4
H pipe - 13.3
suspension - 13.2
weight reduction - 13.1
TUNE - 12.9

the guy who owns the car said that the only thing he has is 4.10s, slicks, h pipe and a tune, so there was no weight reduction/suspension, your chart does not work. If the car actualy had those mods then it would be beleiveable

well Kadence, he is lieing. haha. That's simple enough. Traction from the slicks only means faster times, because of the 60" not faster mph.
