aftermarket exhaust
This is going to sound odd, but here it goes...
If I get a AM exhaust, do I have to worry about state inspection stations?
ie:

Not with a cat back system like that one. I believe all major brand cat backs are 50 state legal.
If you start changing headers and mid pipes then mabey, it all really depends on how strict the inspections are in your area.

not a chance, honestly the only thing state cop can do is fine you for not havin cats but you aint gotta worry bout that yet, and i have never met that big of an *** hole cop yet
