ok, so when my car is at about 2000 rpm's in third, the car seems to misfire and jerks forward a little and then goes good for a little then does it again, then does it kinda rapidly, but only at 2 grand, and then i found it did it in 4th and 5th gear also, so the other day i went to pass somebody and now it is doing it throughout the power bnd, all the way up to redline, kinda strange, plugs are almost bran new, bout 5000 miles on em, thoguht it was the O2sensor cuz it had been out for about 4 months, that didn't help any, except better gas mileage now, , any ideas on what it might be? thanx guys

holy shiznit, thats really super similar to whats happening to my pos 2.3. do you get badass black smoke too?

lol, no i dont get black smoke, its in my 96 gt, once in a while i get blue smoke if its sitting for like 10 -15 min, but its weird, it seems slower than usual and kinda jerks as you accelerate, so im not sure what it is

whatever it is, thats exactly what mine does minus the black smoke, so i'm quite interested in hearing the problem. kinda.
