advance timing

Hi
well i have SCT XCalibrator 2 SF, I want to know how much
advance the timing ?
How many in 0-2000 Rpm
2000-4000 Rpm
4000-6000 Rpm

and another question, my car do the shifts in almost 6000 rpm
is good ?

is this safe advance 4 degrees in the 0- 4000 rpm and 1 degree in 4000+
running in premium gas ?
