Default RE: King Cobra vs SPEC

Yeah I think I am going to get the SPEC1. Not only is it cheaper but I agree that the 3 and probably the 2 would be a bad idea for daily drives Now I have to find out if autozone carries TB retainers bacuse I dont feel like ordering one and finding out that I dont need one

Thanks for the help all,,

Also what are the chances I would need my flywheel machined? Or is it good to have it done just for good measures?

would you all agree that i should most definantly get the steeda clutch adjuster kit with the QUAD.. or since im getting a SPEC1 and this is my daily driver, i would have no use for it and not worth the 100$?

the driveability of it..

stage 1: there is some play in the clutch. you let off the clutch a little and start to feel it pull, it doesn't grab right away. you could ride the clutch if you wanted to.

stage 3: there is NO play in the clutch. you start to let off the clutch and when it grabs, it grabs hard. there is no riding the clutch in a stage 3....

stage 2 would be somewhere in the middle.

so by grabbing hard it'll b like learnin how 2 drive stick again??...when it grabs hard doesnt that get the power to the ground better...and how much would a shop charge for a clutch install?

yeah, for the stage 3, its either engaged or not. theres no in the middle. not necessarily getting power to the ground better, just engaging with no hessitation which starts the cycle of getting the power to the ground.
