I've seen many posts about this, but I took a video of it.

Mine is coming from the front right tire only, and squeaks when I turn the wheel back and forth, and pops sometimes. I don't know if its the lower ball joint, the control arm, or something else. Any input is welcome.

i get same problem, when my i turn my wheel all the way to the left pulling out or sometihng i get a constant knock from front passenger wheel, cant figure what it is and havent lookin in dept into it yet cause im parking it for winter next week

 

i have that too. i had a friend look under my car while i turned the wheel and he said it seemed to be coming from the tie rod end or the rack itself

 

As far as the knocking sound... i have no clue, as far as the squeaking... from what i could hear it sounded like all fords sound... the power steering on fords always seems to have a noise.

 

That sounds like crap!! Im havin the same problem right now with mine. Doesnt sound as bad but i get a poping when i turn hard left or right. Took it to get alined because of my drop and had them look at it and they tell me my rack is leaking and its gonna cost 600 to replace it!! what makes me made is if i go ahead with the new rack im worried that my 1.5 inch drop is gonna ruin the next one. i also put on steeda sway bars and ive noticed that my front right wheel rubs on it so im thinking my wheel stops turnin but the rack keeps tryin to pull the tire to turn. maybe i need spacers.
