thinking about getting cams....what kind should i get..stage 1 or 2...how much power can i get from them and how much to get them installed?

I dont know about the power output but I got custom cams from the guy in my sig. I told him what I was looking for and he made some specifically for my application.

I had mine installed at a shop here for $1000 along with my nitrous system and accompanying parts.

If you have plans to continue modding your car, which you probably do I would suggest some vt stage 2 cams. You see awesome gains on the stock bottom end, and if you even get a forged bottom end, you wont have to ditch the stage 1's for 2's. But stage 1 cam's have their advantages as well, you dont have to get a re-tune or change the valve springs. It kinda depends on what you want out of the car.
