I was going to say king cobra...but they dont make em for your trans. I'm putting on in my cobra on sunday, and I've heard nothing but good things about it. I've also heard good things about spec, and a coule of complaints about centerforce (which were more than likly botched installs).
I's also recomend changing the trans fluid while you doing it. I'm using Royal Purple Max Auto Trans fluid in my T-45. I guess its way better than conventional and hopefully is worth the 35 bucks for four quarts...I let you know how it all works out.

And I'm assuming you know, but change the throw out bearing and flywheel (or at least resurface it), and mayby even the pilot bearing. As far as heavy duty...there must have been so heavy duty beating on the clutches if you're already changing the second one...I'm assuming you're not the original owner?

if you look at summit, they do sell a king cobra kit for that trans. King cobra is great for cruising but when you hammer it and let the clutch grab, it gives you a nice kick much better than factory
I've also heard that clutches feel heavier when they are wearing out... not sure... but my king cobra feels SMOOTH yet grabs super tight.
It was about $200 for the kit and alignment tool from summit to my door, and I put it in myself. It was another $40 to have the flywheel resurfaced.
Labor is anywhere from 200-400 depending on where you go. Also, although it may be tempting not to, drive it about 500 miles and stay under 3500 rpm and let it wear in. You'll be glad you did
