My keyless remote had been dead forever, I finally got some new batteries for it. I tried it out right when I put them in and nothing happened. I don't know if I have to reset the system or what. I'm at a lost right now. Any information I would love to have it.

Call your local ford dealer. Check your owners manual. I thought it had how to add a remote or reset it. Check google for resetting a remote.
