RE: TED RUSSEL FORD BLEW UP MY CAR!!
Sorry the hear that man. That sucks ***. I would've blown up myself. I'm mean royaly lost it. I always know my mileage too when I take a car in, not mine, but anything I've ever taken in, I tell them to their face there better be no extra miles on this car, maybe 1 mile up the street and back or around the dealership. Definately talk to them, BUT calmly. I know it'd be hard, but bite your tongue as much as you can. BUT also contact them as soon as possible to get something done about it. Call FORD direct as well. Talk not just to the service manager there at the dealership, but the GENERAL manager/Owner as well and let them know what's going on. I hope all works out for you alright. Keep us updated.

Submit your question to Ask Ford, your very own 24-7 virtual representative. She’ll answer any of your commonly asked questions.
Or, just send us an e-mail and tell us what's on your mind.

They WILL direct you to your local dealership to work with them first. Remember, as hard as it might be to refrain from vulgarity, do it, remain business like and calm as possible while dealing with them. Grease the wheels, don't knock em off. If you're rude, people won't help. I've delath with FORD in regards to paint issues and got it resolved to my liking.

Definitly calm down BEFORE you call anyone. Let them knwo how upset you are about your car, like someone else said before, if you remain business like, calm and cool headed, people are more willing to help you out. When you cuss at people they WILL NOT help you. Take this from a former service advisor, Ive actually asked people to leave until they can contain their emotions and speak without obscenities.

Yeah, I got you there. I can lost my temper pretty bad and I mean BAD. but I somehow manage to keep the fire just skin deep until I walk away from the situation. But unfortunately we're human and it's soooooooo easy for them to spill out and say things we regret later.
