lol well, we will see what happens. do you have to torque any of the bolts to a specific torque?

This really shouldn't be a bitch.. the throttle body bolts shouldn't be that tight against the plenum, and being as the manifold is plastic the plenum bolts shouldn't be that tight going into the manifold. Be careful not to overtighten them.

When you say TPS i imagine your talking about a throttle positioning sensor, the tps on a 4.6 is non adjustable unlike many tps's. So there is no need to check the ohms and da da da this and that. Just bolt it on and plug it in.

I'm not sure the exact torque on these bolts but remember, there is really no need for them to be super tight, there is no outward pressure on this piece, so long as your not running boost.

ya took me a few hours to do mine. With the new Plenum u might need to get new hose lines for the one that is in the front and the one that is behind the plenum(forget which hose it is.) because the stock ones wont fit the"nipples" that are on the new plenum. Other then that the tb is easy. Shouldnt have any trouble.

it shouldnt take longer than 20 minutes to install a tb even if you dont know what your doing. As long as your careful with the tps screws its a breeze.
