I like roots, because they sit on top of the manifold, just looks cooler. I bet they make more boost too, right?

Look around for one. There are tons of wrecked '03-'04 Cobras around here. Junkyards sometimes pull up some good deals. Just take a look under the hood, ask the junkyard dude how much for the Eaton M112, and you're set. If you got cash, go with a twin screw Saleen, or a Kenne Bell. Awesome S/C's there.
Cobra Eatons won't work on a 2V.
Not only that, but they would suck if you could get em to boltup.

The stock eaton on the 03/04 cars really isn't a very good piece compared to any of the aftermarket stuff. It works well on the cobras because they already start with a good flowing engine making plenty of power.

On a 2v I would be surpised to see 320-330 whp out of a 8 PSI eaton compared to say 350-360 from a vortech/kb/procharger.

I do not recommend trying to put an Eaton on your car PERIOD. These blowers run very hot, and limit the engine. 90% of Cobra owners swap out or want to swap out the blower desperatly. Also, it's not a direct fitment on the 99-01 Cobras or the Mach 1's. The twin screw/roots type blower makes more power low, and the centri makes more power up high.

Although, I haven't yet seen a centri make the power the 2.6 Kenne Belle is, the 2.8KB for the Cobras, or the Whipple 3.3 that's coming out next month - down low, or up high. I like the twin screws, well becuase I like driving with my torque down low, its just a PITA at the track - look at the dyno... 95% of my torque at my launching rpm which is 2500-3000, lol

i wish i had some supercharger cheese to go with that wine...but most ppl like the way my Procharger sounds, it was really good one night because i raced a 03 cobra with the recirculation pipe off my supercharger and it made a blow-off sound...which scared the poo out of my friend a t 6800 rpm
