Is it possible to check a cobra imrc on the bench to see if it works before putting it on the engine?

 

If you find a way let me know. I cleaned mine a few month ago because they where sticking. only to put everything back together to find out that the actuator is shot[:@]. Your probably not gonna get much hits on this one on this site 99% of the people don't even know what the IMRC's are.
