When I start my car it sometimes takes a minute to start up like its not getting enough fuel, I usually have to pump it a couple times. I have a 98 Mustang GT, I was thinking it could be the fuel rail...Is this a possibility or do you think it coule be something else

 

Have you changed the filter? It can also be your fuel pump is getting weak.
