Default HELP CEL p1506 Idle error

He i just install a new tb yesterday, and i made a post about wierd idle, well today the check engine light went on, and i got it scanned the code it "Idle air contol overspeed error" p1506. What is that and what is broken

This is either your IAC or your TB. What I can suggest is make sure there are no air leaks, re-line up the gaskets and make sure you tightened everything up. Pics would be good too so we can see if there is anything obviously wrong visually.

I was thinking its the iac, beacuse hte cleaned the plenum with tb cleaner, and mb some got on the iac. I am going to clean the iac, and if that dosent fix it im gonan put the stock tb back on

im having this same problem now... i just recently cleaned out my accufab throttle body and now it idling like high... mayb ill just let it go for a week or so
