Is this while you're driving and stopped at a stop sign, or after being parked?
My old 6er used to do that - it would refuse to go into first after being parked over night on some occasions. It's just a Ford thing, shifting into reverse or just putting it in neutral and letting it roll a few inches will do the trick. It's something you'll have to get used to.

It's not that i am use to the ocasional but not every time
I can push clutch and get into first once then can do it all day if i keep clutch in.
But each time i let clutch and start again same prob.
No every time i am stopped it will do it.
I have to get into another gear first and keep clutch in then it will do it if i keep clutch in
.... i just checked 2nd does it too just not everytime
