Default UPR vs. PYPES catted X pipe

Self explanatory......Please let me know what you guys think of these two pieces (please, those who actually know due to experience with the brands, thanks). They are really competitively priced. Prepping for my Xmas present. Looking for an major differences in tone, decibels, etc. Wanna keep the exhaust on the melow side, not to obnoxious. Thanks in advance.

FOr the same price as pypes you can get a MAC system. Mac sounds the best to me. Mellow but when you get on it it gets loud.

the fitting of the upr pipe is lousy, i must have brought back to get it torched about 5 times to stop it banging on the crossmember. i would pass on it.
