why are GT's 6inch higher than 6ers?

Right, but from the factory it would have the 225/60 not the 245/50 so all the measurements in the manual would be with the 225s.

wow i guess those must be newer specs because i had a 2000 6er and my moms is also a 2000 and they came with some whimpy/hideous 15" rims with 225s i believe. man i hated those rims

yeah those rims are ****. what i hate even more is when people spend hundreds of dollars on GT sideskirts, new system, graphics, new suspension, gears, exhaust & intake but still have the crap stock 15's & it looks horrible. its like dude, f*&k the other s#it just get new rims off ebay for like 500bucks with tires & who cares bout GT scoops & exhaust. got that after you have 17's

can you drive it that low or not really? or just for show when you park up?

Oh no, I don't even attempt to drive it that low. That's for show. I don't drive it way up either the middle pic is where I drive it. Sometimes I'll lower it a little more when driving but not much.
