I have the Pro kit with Tokicos and I have to go VERY slow over speed bumps. If I had gone with Sportlines I would have to park at the entrance of any parking lots with speed bumps and walk the rest of the way!

What do you guys think are a good set of springs to lower it a little bit so I don't scrap the LT Headers. And not make any other mods to the suspension.

If you swap in some of the polyurethane busings when you do the install, it will probably help you out too. If I recall correctly, they are stiffer and don't compress as much, thus making the car ride a tad bit higher. You will still be lower than if you went with the Pro-Kit, but not as low as with the Sportlines alone.

I have the pro-kit w/ LT's & sometimes it scrape's on speed bumps . especially w/ more weight in the car . if you install sportlines , I would stay away from speed bumps . and yes , you should get c/c plates
