I'm currently training in an academy right now in texas and to be honest with you even i think it's a dumb law. I've found out over the past 2 months that there are LOTS of dumb laws in texas. lol. Although, in certain situations it can be a useful tool for officers.

why sign it nothing ever happens is a bad attitude. something may happen. even if nothing happens...is 30 seconds of your time too much to ask in an attempt to change a more or less useless law. sorry just had to chime in.

i signed i recently got pulled over for no license plate but the cop let me go after about 30 minutes of talkin to him. and he just gave me a warning and to stick one on my dash somwere but i still dont even wanna do that cuz it looks tacky as hell
