Most people buying the 60's stangs and stuff are people who had them when they were growing up. My dad misses the cars he drove when he was my age, and thats why he is willing to pay good money for one of those cars. People buy the basic cars for the memories. People buy the rare cars for the ability to make money.

there are so many options you can choose from to set yours apart from everyone elses, but it will probably become a collectible some day and be worth alot when it is just stock so to each is own
There is no way these cars will be collectible. For a car to be collectible it has to have low production numbers or a special history. Just because old Stangs are pulling some good numbers does not mean that the new ones will someday. The 60's era cars are very special and there are a number of reasons that they are in high demand right now.
exactly, collecting a mustang is similar to collecting an alluminum can. When the fun is gone it will just be recycled.

MOPAR's are the collectors car.

i doubt it

it would take a LONG time, and the death of the automobile is sadly closing in......

our children's children may look confused if they heard the phrase "combustion engine"

i just bought mine and it's bone stock, right down to the original bald tires with 23k miles on them. i'm planning on having it for a couple years and only doing the exhaust. i might find some c-pillar louvers, but that's it. but if i had $5k for mods, i wouldn't touch the outside, expect for some DRs.

I have the same exact car in that z-yellow, with the bullets, and black convert top and all. I just love it. I think the only thing i will ever do to the appearance of the car, is the sequential turn signals. I'm old enough to remember when cougars had those!
