I hate this about the Mustangs. I go to lunch everyday and on my way back to school, I need a place to put my drink.

My fix for it...pop the drink in your console compartment with the hatch open. It's a little funky trying to put the E-brake down but other than that, it works great! I usually get large sodas from Taco Bell and they fit. And if you have a small drink, keep it in there and usually you can even shut the compartment hatch. It stops it from rockin around. It's also good to have other items in there, like pens to keep it in line. Thats my example.

Try it, and I'm sure it's better than freezing your nuts off. Besides the Mustang, you really shouldn't have an open drink in a manual anything, anyway. It gets too hectic. Thats the funniest thing I've ever seen though. A guy on the phone, drinking a coffee, and driving a manual at the same time. It's garunteed to make you laugh.

coolaid your car looks EXACLY like my friends car

I wouldn't doub't it. Although I see VERY FEW actuall GTs around, my color is the second most produced in 2004 (black #1), and so far the thing is factory stock appearing on the outside. (Although I've been thinking of adding 40th Anniversary stripes that are grey/silver so you can barely notice that they are there, like the ghostflame look or something, but thats another thread)

You should see me in a Kenworth, with a 10 speed, on a phone, eatting a sandwich, nut-grasping a soda with a road atlas at the tip of my knees trying to find a street >8)

They hold condoms really well too. But the ladies, get annoyed cause they have to pick the condoms out of the cupholders just to put there boba smoothie or Starbucks mud in there.
