Default glow gauge problem

Whenever my car starts up my el glow gauges do not turn on... The needles light up but the glow is not there. It takes forever for the glow to turn on. Seems like i need to drive with the heat on for like 30 minutes to get them to turn on. Does any one no whaat it could be.

Thats weird, my needles just stick on mine sometimes, but I dont know what would cause it not to light up.
