glow gauge problem

hmmmmm.. well since its only a relay and power it seems perhaps the relay is bad ...... seems about the only thing it can be
The only way the could could have any thing to do with it is if it used an LCD, which it doesnt. LCD's are effected by the cold becuz the liquid can freeze. Generally electronics will function better in the cold.

measure the power to the gauges and see if it increases when it gets warmer....

Like today is what alot warmer out and it only took like 10 minutes for them to come on...
