whats the quickest, cheapest way to 400whp, W/O NOS? the more specific you can be the better. Thanks!

every bolt on, supercharger, intercooler, up the boost, if that isnt enough...p&p the heads and some blower cams? should do the trick

Yes if you find a supercharger and can get it installed and tuned for that. I figure that a you can find a blower for around $3000 or so, install will be in the $500-800 range and a good tune for $350-400.

I am just curious as to ways people have made this much power and how much they have spent. Lots of people out there with Vortech's huffin 400whp and i know the vortech is one of the most reliable yet economical power adders. I know that KB's are great for power but also for draining your wallet, but can get the job done in just about one shot. Just wondering if people could specifically figure out the cheapest, reliable way to 400whp.
