A supercharged v6 will be no faster than a new edgt gt? I thought the supercharged v6 guys were running low 13's/ high 12's but I could be mistaken

I would buy an 03-04 Cobra. Plenty on E-Bay that would sell for less $$$ than a '06 GT
How do you think the insurance would compare to an 06 gt?

They're saying S/C New Edge>S/C V6 and it's way cheaper. Don't buy a V6 man I'm sorry if I offend anyone but Mustang=V8. If you have a V6 you're gay(again sorry). You could always buy a Mach 1/Cobra

Insurance will always be cheaper on a V6. But that also depends on the history as well.

dude.. bottom line is if you wrecked your car and buy another sports car you are going to get hit hard with insurance regardless of which model you choose... the only real way to know exactly how much is to actually call the insurance company.. but like I said.. I’m sure the insurance difference of a new sports car (regardless of model) after a wreck is going to be roughly the same.

Your insurance company would be able to provide that info. They could probably tell you right over the phone.
Ask them for 4 annual estimates...1. '06 GT
2. 03 Cobra
3. 04 Cobra
4. 05 Mustang V6

I was surprised when I did a qoute on a 05 GT over my 03 GT. Insurance was actually cheaper for the 05 than the 03. It wasn't much cheaper only like fifty dollars or something, but it still surprised me.
