Ok so for Christmas I want something for my car, yet I don't have to install it RIGHT away. But I am auto, therefore I think I need a throttle body and a tuner first. I know the tuner will make a difference, but how much of a difference will the throttle body make?

Get a plenum as well.

Don't even waste your money on a throttle body and a plenum unless you are porting and polishing your intake or getting a blower. Get the tune and you will be happy you didn't waste that kind of money on that mod.

when i did the tb and plenum throttle response was improved. With the tuner the power band was just a lot smoother and of course it advanced timing. you'll get more out of the tuner than i did because your an auto and can change shiftpoints. if you need any of these parts pm me, i'm selling all my parts at the moment.

getting a throttle body is more for the throttle response than hp. and unless you are using forced induction, a plenum is not worth the money

Well what I am shooting for right now is any of the following parts: Tuner, 4.10 gears, new cam, and a throttle body.

tuner and 4.10's are a must! differnt car with those mods.
