Default 1/4 mile time?

Alright, I'm just trying to figure out what I would roughly run at the track this coming up season.
Here's what she'll have in her: JLT CAI, PP 75 MM T/B, PP Intake Plenum, PI Intake Manifold with alluminum crossover, 24# injectors, P&P'nd stage 2 PI heads, .550 lift cams with 113 LSA, stock bottom end, beefed up t-45, 3.73's, d/r's, o and a short throw.

You should be low, low 13's i would imagine with your mods.

I would agree with low 13's but how much have you been to track? If it is your first time dont expect any lowere than a mid 14 pass. Your time will really come down to your launch, practice, of course on a street without any other cars before taking her to the track.

I say your gonna need some suspension work to hit 13.0 You have the power and the tires. But no suspension.

Nice man. Right down to the exact. I'm hoping to break 12's. I don't know. I'm shooting high, but in alll reality, it'll probally be like a 13.5 or something like that.

well that is not an unreasonable feat with the mods you have. But like the man said, you will need more suspension first. Traction and launch is what a lot of car owners fail to pay attention to. In order to run a fast 1/4 miletime, you need tp be able to get a good launch with a good 60ft.

Yeah I know I have to do suspension. The key to the 1/4 mile is really the launch, and then some. I'm thinking for a good launch, I'll need sticky tires, upper and lower control arms, and springs? I'm not 100% sure what I'll need. What do you guys think?

Yeah all that power doesnt mean jack if you dont do any suspension work. Youll just light um up all the way down the track. [:@] I hate it when people put so much money into cars but dont do $#!+ for suspension!

I wanna know what I would run....I'm super pissed that I have to wait even longer to hit the track for the first time now, need stupid new intake manifold. I hate Ford sometimes.
