Default headlight problem - Need Help!

Well this morning when I went to start my car andmy headlights would not turn on. Here is the situation, when I pull the headlight **** outone click, the side turn signals and fogs light up,but when I pull it to the second click, the headlight position, the headlights do not turn on and the fogs turn off and my hi-beam (brights) light turns on the dash. Has anyone encountered this problem? Could it be a blown fuse? Any help would be appreciated. By the way, I put new Luminics white light bulbs in a few months back. Thanks!

High beams burnt out maybe???

When you flip your brights, do the fogs come back on?

Yea, I've changed a lot of these switches. There bad about goin out. Just pull the switch out, unplug it and look at the back of it. You'll know if it's burnt up.

Well I installed a new switch at the suggestion of you guys with no luck. I still have the same problem as I discussed earlier. Anyone else have any ideas?
