I started mine up with just the manifolds on while I was swapping the H pipe. didn't drive it tho cuz it was up on 4 jackstands... not about to un jack and re jack it up just to hear how loud it can be.

Sounds kina cool I guess in the loud sense, if I had had beefier than stock camshafts it would have sounded better

If your running with just open headers, you better keep a close eye WHERE those headers are pointing all that HOT exhaust gas. You might wind up with a hotfoot, or melt something under the car with all that heat

I just started mine up, gunned it a few times, let it burble on idle for a few seconds and then shut it off. Just for sh*ts and giggles

Want a much louder and deeper sound out of the dronemasters? Disconnect the pipe right after the muffler, you don't have to remove it, just disconnect it and move it so it's part-way out of the way of the exit of the muffler... the change in sound from doing this (or having it happen accidentally in my case [&:]) is amazing.

I did it with my car. I loved the sound and it was so LOUD. I was putting a new transmission in my car, and I decided I wanted to start he without a midpipe. My buddy who lives a couple blocks over called me and said that I woke him up. Haha.

I ran open longtubes for a couple minutes when I was looking to see which bank was burning oil. It sounded badass but I would never drive around like that.
