You can order drag radials from Nitto, BFG, MT, or ET Streets. They all have websites, or you can order from Tirerack.com, or discount tire direct. You can also order them from any tire dealership. Shop around for the best price though. As for the tire size, stick to you stock sizes unless you are changing your rims.

But wouldn't it be better if I got a wider size? More rubber on the ground means more traction right?

Funny you told Dan about the 4.30's. I'm thinking that way, but 1st gear would be useless...unless I put some big wide fat DR's in the rear...hummmm???

Good to have you back.
4.10's or steeper need drag radials, or you will be spinning, & going nowhere fast. I automatically starved the dr's into my financial equation when I made the decision to buy the gear, so maybe you should too.
Yeah, I think that is the way I'll have to go.

Does anyone know what is the WIDEST tire I can get on my stock Mach 1 rims?

I went with 275's on my 17x8's, which are the same size as your Mach 1 wheels. I'd say you could go 285 if you wanted, I wouldn't go any wider than that...

I just took some time off from the forums, & spent more time actually driving, & modding my car, plus I put a lot more miles on the bike this summer too. As far as where I went...this June I went to Pensacola, FL for a week to visit a college buddy, in July I went to Guadalajara, MX for 5dys (my g/f was studying abroad, & wanted me to go visit, so we decided on a city neither of us had been to), I had to reschedule my week in Miami due to the Hurricanes (elsewise I'd be there now). I have been trying to make a decent trip somewhere I haven't been once a month, & to do that I had to put in some more hours at work. That cut into my internet time. I've also been job searching. I'm trying to put my B.A. to some use, & that takes time, so well...I've just been pretty tied up. BUT I'M BACK! I took out a couple Z28's this summer too! I love it when they start the fight, & then get their a$$es whipped! 4.10's are AWESOME!!!!!!
