Default Electrical Problem

My dash lights dont come on. When i turn my head lights on my center clock goes really dim. I checked all teh fused under the dash and under the hood. I looked and all the bulbs are fine. I may have over looked the fuse for the dash lights, where is it located , anyone have a fuse map?

is the light intensity **** turned all the way up? If it is turned down then every thing will be super dim or appear to be off.

did you check it with a ohm meter to see if the resistor is still good or burnt in two? there is a separate fuse for the dash lights, look at the cover plate for the fuse panel, this usually identifies which fuse goes to what circuit. it could also be corrosion on the contacts in the dimmer switch, get some electrical contact cleaner spray from Radio shack and use it on the dimmer switch while rotating it back and forth to clean the contacts in the switch.
