Default serious rubbing

whenever I turn the wheel and give my car gas (usually only at slower speeds) you can hear and really feel a rubbing. It feels like a tire or tires are rubbing but they are stock size and on stock wheels so I doubt it is the tires? Could it be the tires rubbing on something? What would they be rubbing on? What else could it be?

if it's stock wheels and tires then it shouldnt be doing that, look for marks on your sway bars
