What's the flow difference from the Patriots compared to stock/ported PI heads, if you know off hand??

if it's in the budget, get ported heads with bigger valves such as the Stage II's. We also offer Patroit Stage II's& III's with the zinc spark plug insert (9 threads) so you don't push the plugs out with boost.

you may consider a new block, we have them for $300. Then you just hone and build. It will cost more to align hone the main caps, deck the old block, hot tank, bore, etc. It also allows you to change from Romeo to Windsor based on prefference. I like the Romeo's due to the lateral jack screw set up to pre-load the mains. It must be set up correctly and torqued carefully, but I think it rocks! (mine is living at 900 hp - why not?)
I'm going to have to check which engine I have, since I also noticed a lot of the decent VT stuff was for Romeo engines, or they didn't list anything for Windsors...

The one good thing going for me now, is a machinist who was recommended to me, who loves doing his job, and has killer deals.. I'll probably only pay $200 for the current block to be cleaned, decked, o-ringed, painted and waiting...

THR, did you have a website, or did I miss it??

I will have it updated this week with a ton more pics of the many mods we have built from N/A beast to blower, turbo, and nitrous monsters!

It's rare we have time to work on the site, but I am gonna get it updated!

Be sure to stick with VT cams. Jim & Scott have never steered us wrong with their sticks. They make killer power, sound sick as hell, and will clear PTV with most set ups. Their heads are great too, as we've tested them as well.

I will try to find some pics to compare, but even without the numbers, you can see the difference. Usually we will hit high 280's rwhp without the heads, and every H&C motor we have dyno tuned has made over 305 with the best at 324 N/A.

I am working on another Nitrous Shop car that will be up soon. I am going to document the build for all the 2v fans as it will feature a nasty 11.4:1 283 inch THR modular and a ton of TNT nitrous. It will be a single digit 2v just to showcase how wicked these mod motors can be with the right build. The last one we did for a nitrous car with that same set up ran 11.80's on motor / 10.50
s @ 130 mph on a TNT 150, and was not afraid of a 200 mile drive on the weekends either!

Outstanding...

I was figuring that either 500+hp, or something that pulls 10's.. Since it won't be driven much more than just around town, and maybe on some road trips, I don't expect the engine to be reliable as OEM, but I think I can get it close...

Once again, thanks for all your help!!
