Do it the old fashioned way.... Tape on the outside of the fender lipso you dont scuff the paint. A block of wood held on the outside opposite your striking area. The block of wood is used to obsorb the shock of the hammer. Use a Rubber mallot the inside of the lip. use small strikes. Only roll what you need. I've done this on about 30 cars over the years. Better and cheaper than any other place. Will not and I repeat, WILL NOT harm your paint in anyway shap or form. Use small taps to fold the fender lip in. Start at the point it would rub and go inward or start in the middle and go out evenly... THe whole myth about the Bat and the tire is just a horrible way to do it...

You have no wheel shops by your house? Places that sell strictly rims would definitely have some knowledge of doing it. Most should have this nifty little cutter that attaches to the hub of the wheel, they adjust it and it just snips however much you need off of the fender.
