Thanks for the replies people. I will try out the IAC and PCV valve. These were the most common culprits I came across of people who had the same problem. The thing about the fuel pump is that it seems to be giving the right pressure readings and the car doesn't have to be warmed up or cold for this to happen. The weather temperature also doesn't play a factor since it happened on a hot day and a on a cool night. Hopefully, I can solve the issues with the simple swaps of the IAC and/or PCV.

I tried cleaning out the IAC and it still gives me the problem [&o]. Does anyone have any other ideas of what it may be. Thanks in advance.
