my 02' gt driver window won't go up!

my 02' gt driver window won't go up!
has this happened to anyone?the switch will make a click sound from the module underneath the dash left and above the clutch,but up gets no response.i heard sometimes the auto down feature would cause a problem like this.?any feedback would help,i heard alot of people changed the motor and switches and then it turned out to be something stupid.

my car does this occasionally, still no idea why this is. check the wire connections on the back of the plastic panel thing - or, like i always do, kick the door near the speaker. works for me

I get the same stupid **** myself. Of course you take it to the dealer and they "can't" locate the problem... It's the selonoid more than likely, they know what it is but are too damn lazy to fix it under warranty for me lol..

mine did that.. and i had to have the whole window and window trac replaced by none other then Ford. $700 i can roll my window up and down. My tint on the window kept catching on the motor when it was full down and i was trying to make it go up... Basically the tint caught on the motor causing the window to come off the track. Mines an 02 too..

Mine did the same thing about a week ago. I had the same clicking sound and I tried the whole hitting the door panel and nothing worked. Mine was under warranty so when I took it into Ford they replaced the motor and everything was fine. Most likely it is the window motor.
